Nikki Parkinson on Australia’s growing blogging community

One of Australia’s top bloggers Nikki Parkinson was interviewed recently on Sky News’ Media Week show following her Sydney Writers’ Centre Best Australian Blog competition win.

In the interview she talks about Styling You – the blog she started initially to promote her styling business but which now attracts some 25,000 unique visitors per month and has become an integral part of her enterprise.

The blog, she says, has more potential than her consulting work and will grow to become the more dominant part of the business.

Nikki also gives thoughts on the mummy blogging phenomena, video content and advertising on blogs.
